    Oversized Products

    Products over 16” wide are considered oversized.

    • UPS Ground is our preferred shipping method for most oversized items

    • Shipping costs for oversized products are calculated automatically at checkout

    Red Label Abrasives is committed to quality and customer satisfaction. We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on eligible products.

    Return Eligibility

    Most standard, non-custom products may be returned within 90 days of purchase for a refund, provided they meet the conditions below.

    To qualify for a return:

    • Items must be unused and in resalable condition

    • Returns must be initiated within 90 days of the original purchase date

    • Original packaging should be intact when applicable

    Non-Returnable Items

    The following items are not eligible for return:

    • Custom-produced wide belts (over 16” wide)

    • Products manufactured to customer specifications via phone or email

    • Made-to-order or special-run items

    • Sale items (see “Sale Items” below)

    • Items that show signs of use, alteration, or damage after delivery


    What “Unused” Means

    For a product to be considered unused:

    • Abrasive surfaces must show no signs of wear, sanding, grinding, or cutting

    • Belts must not have been run on a machine or tensioned

    • Discs, sheets, and rolls must not be mounted, cut, or partially used

    • Packaging must not be excessively damaged or altered

    Products returned in used or non-resalable condition may be rejected or subject to partial credit at our discretion.


    Return Shipping

    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.

    Customers may choose one of the following return methods:

    Customer-Provided Shipping

    • Ship your return using the carrier of your choice

    • You are responsible for all return shipping costs

    • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service

    Prepaid Return Labels

    • In some cases, Red Label Abrasives may provide a prepaid return shipping label

    • If a prepaid label is provided and used, the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund

    • When applicable, prepaid return labels are sent in a separate email

    Customers who prefer to avoid return shipping fees may ship returns using their own carrier.

    For items valued over $75, consider purchasing shipping insurance. Red Label Abrasives is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.


    Quality & Defective Products

    We take our commitment to quality seriously.

    If you believe you have received a defective product, please contact us immediately at

    Our team will review the issue and work with you to make it right through replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.


    Refunds

    Once your return is received, it will be inspected by our team.

    If approved:

    • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout

    • Credit card refunds may take 10–14 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer

    Please note:

    • Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part

    • Refund timing does not include transit time back to our facility
