Do you ship to Canada?

I need my order right away. Can you express ship an order?

If you need products right away, please give us a call at (844) 824-1956 and we will do our best to accommodate you. Additional charges may apply.

Has my order shipped?

After each order is shipped, a confirmation email containing the shipment tracking number is sent to the email address supplied during checkout. If you have a registered account, login and click "Orders" to view your order history and status.

How do I track my order?

Tracking numbers are included in an email sent to the customer after each order is shipped. Use the provided tracking information to confirm directly with the shipper.

I have an issue with my order. Who do I contact?

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

Contact us at (844) 824-1956 to change or cancel items on your order. Alternatively, you may log into your account and click "Orders" to view your order history and status. Click on any pending order to change quantities or cancel. Please remember, orders in processing or that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.

Do you accept returns?

We accept returns on all unused products within 90 days of receipt of order. You can find instructions on how to return your order here.

How does the 100% guarantee work?

Please contact us if you are not 100% satisfied with your order. We will work with you to make things right! 

My order never arrived.

Log in to your account to check the status of your order. If all items have been marked “shipped” please contact customer service with your order number. If you were provided a tracking number, confirm directly with the shipper.

I received the wrong product.

Please double check the invoice included with your package. If the product does not match an item listed on the invoice, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order.
