Our industrial grade zirconia sanding belts are a great choice for heavy duty grinding applications. Zirconia’s self-sharpening abrasive grains extend belt life up to 2.5 times longer than aluminum oxide. Zirconia fractures during use, continuously revealing sharp abrasive grain. Its durability makes it a great choice for knife makers, blacksmiths, welders, or anyone working with metals. While it will not match the longevity of ceramic abrasives, zirconia is a cost-effective alternative. These belts will work for both wet and dry applications. They are hand built in the USA.

Are These Belts Compatible With All 4” X 24” Belt Grinders?
Our 4” X 24” zirconia sanding belts are manufactured to fit any 4” X 24” belt grinder. Brands our belts have been used on include Makita, Triton, and more. If you’re not sure what size belts your grinder takes, you can either cut an old belt and measure for reference, or you can wrap a string around the belt track of your grinder and cut and measure the string to determine the length.
